摘　　要：以事实和数据为基础说明矿产资源开发产生较严重的环境问题,总结世界各国政府对矿山环境的治理措施。在界定矿产资源可持续开发利用的内涵基础上,构建矿产资源可持续开发利用的概念模型,指出研究环境问题是实现矿产资源可持续开发利用的基础,而环境压力研究是其核心所在。最后,指出了矿产资源开发环境压力研究的意义、思路及方向。This study explains the serious environment problems of the mineral resources development and stuns up the taken by governments from different countries based on realities and data. A conceptual model of sustainable development and utilization of mineral resources is established on the basis of defining the content of sustainable development and utilization of mineral resources. The author points out that the study of environment problems is the foundation for carrying out sustainable development and utilization of mineral resources, and the environment pressure is its core subject for studying. At last, the significance, consideration and direction of environment pressure study of mineral resources development are proposed.
