石家庄市土地综合承载指数时空变动规律研究

摘　　要：论文在提出土地综合承载指数的基础上,构建了一套适合城市土地综合承载指数指标体系,并运用层次分析法进行了实证。结果表明土地综合承载指数能够反映土地利用状态,能够符合实际地表达各地土地利用的效率。该指数显示石家庄市的土地综合承载呈现明显的阶段性;2000年石家庄市土地综合承载指数下降是由于土地自然承载分项指数下降而导致,2002年土地综合承载能力上升,主要因素是土地经济承载能力增强导致,经济增长是土地绝对数量增加为基础的;石家庄人均GDP呈现明显的逐年抬升趋势,单位土地面积从业人员和建成区绿地面积率逐年减低的趋势,说明建设用地结构需要进一步优化。The paper presents a comprehensive land bearing index, and constructs a set of index system for measuring comprehensive urban land bearing index. The method of AHP is used to test it. The results show that the comprehensive urban land bearing index can reflect the state of city land use and express the efficiency of city land use. The comprehensive urban land bearing index obviously shows the stage of urban land use in Shijiazhuang. The reason of urban land bearing comprehensive index dropping is resulted from the decline of natural comprehensive urban land bearing index in 2000; the reason of comprehensive urban land bearing index increasing is resulted from the rise of natural comprehensive urban land economic bearing index in 2002. Economic growth is based on the increase of the absolute amount of land. The per capita GDP has been significantly uplifted in Shijiazhuang; employees in special unit of land and the ratio of green area in construction area are reduced yearly, which indicates that the land structure needs further optimization.
