摘　　要：随着社会经济高速发展,人们生活水平日益提高,以人为本思想不断深入至社会各个层面,企业管理模式也从粗放式向精细化转变,办公、生产场所的规划设计也由满足基本的使用要求向更安全、更舒适的设计理念转变。在江苏省电力公司农电人员职业技能培训基地规划中,深刻挖掘新型企业管理理念、地方特色,重点从管理者的管理角度和使用者的使用角度进行深入构思,规划中突出整体化、现代化、园林化、生态化、信息化、高效化等原则,建筑单体体现整体和谐、重点有序以及传统与现代相融合的设计精神,创造出经济、实用而又舒适的办公、培训场所。With the development of social economy and people＇ s living standard raising day by day, human - oriented thought deepen to all aspect in the society constantly. Enterprise management mode changes from extensive type and becomes more meticulous. Design idea also changes to meet not only basic instructions for use but also safe and comfort. From the angle of the administrator and the user, this plan excavates the modern management idea and local characteristic , stresses principle of whole, modernization, garden style, ecology, informationization and high - efficiency. The buildings reflect the whole harmony, focal point and merge the tradition modernly. Finally the plan creates economic, practical and comfortable training place.
