摘　　要：给出了一个解决最大匹配问题的闭环DNA算法模型,并对相应的生化实验做出了说明,实现了仅用删除实验直接构造最大匹配的构想。由于算法仅用到基本删除操作,使得算法的实现简捷、可靠。A DNA algorithm based on closed circle DNA for the maximal matching problem and the basic bio-chemistry experiments are presented.The idea of maximal matching only through deleting experiment has been attained.Only using basic deletion experiment in the algorithm makes the method simple and reliable.
