平原农业区土地利用/覆被变化分析研究——以德州市为例

摘　　要：目的以德州市为例,探寻引起平原农业区土地利用变化的动力因素及其内在机理,以期为同类地区实现土地的合理利用和综合效益的提高提供基础依据.方法在mapinfo和mapgis软件的支持下,采用系统分析法对德州市土地利用状况进行分析研究.结果在社会经济快速发展的背景下,平原农业区土地利用方式和数量都发生了重大的变化.结论平原农业区应根据现实社会经济条件制定合理的土地利用政策,实现土地的优化利用。Aim To explore the dynamic factors and intrinsic mechanism which caused land use of Plain Agricultural zone change, in order to provide the basis for Similar region.Methods Using System Act of Dezhou land use analysis study supported by Mapgis and Maplnfo software. Results Under the background of the rapid economic development,plain agricultural land use patterns and volume have undergone significant change.Conclusion Plain agricultural zones should be based on socio-economic conditions of developing realistic and reasonable land use policy in order to achieve the optimum use of land in this kind of zone.
