摘 要:目的探讨机采新鲜冰冻血小板的临床应用效果,以弥补抢救患者时新鲜血小板难以供应。方法采用机采新鲜血小板与机采新鲜冰冻血小板临床输注疗效分析,随机分为两组对照,观察血小板输注前后的临床体征及血小板计数。结果两组疗效分析,机采新鲜血小板组疗效优于新鲜冰冻血小板组疗效。结论机采新鲜冰冻血小板可以用于抢救由于血小板减少导致的出血性疾病。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficiency of the frozen apheresis platelets by the Amlcus separator, m order to make up for the deficiency of the fresh apheresis platelets during the rescuc. Methods The patients were randomly allocated into two groups. The two groups received transfusion of fresh and frozen apheresis platelets respectively. The pre- and post-transfusion corrected platelet count increment(CCI) and clinical treatment efficiency were compared between the two groups. Results The fro- zen apheresis platelets transfusion resulted in higher CCI and better clinical efficiency than the fresh apheresis platelets tranfusion significantly. Conclusion The frozen apheresis platelets can be used in rescuing the patients with haemorrhagic diseases induced by platelets deficiency.
