摘　　要：目的探讨外周血干细胞采集过程中枸橼酸盐毒性反应的预防和处理方法。方法对在本院进行的313人次的自体和异体外周血干细胞采集过程中出现的枸橼酸盐中毒反应的总结分析。结果采集中有44人次出现了枸橼酸盐中毒反应,其中女性居多有31次,男性13次。经过及时正确的处理,不良反应都得到了改善,使干细胞的采集顺利完成。结论外周血干细胞采集过程中最常见的不良反应为枸橼酸盐中毒。首先要在采集前做好钙剂的补充,其次在机器初始化第2步后关闭抗凝剂滑轮夹,能有效预防枸橼酸盐中毒反应。采集过程中按抗凝剂的浓度严格控制与血流量的比例,及时口服补钙,严密观察不良反应的出现并及时处理,才能保证采集过程顺利,得到的产品能达到移植的要求。Objective To investigate the treatment and precaution against the intoxication of citrate during collecting peripheral blood stem cell. Methods Three hundred and thirteen peripheral blood stem cell donors were analysed. Results Forty-four donors were supplyed calcium during collecting peripheral blood stem cell. Stem cells were collected in 41 donors successfully, 3 donors de layed for 1 3h. Conclusion Complement of calcium is important and effective to precaution against intoxication of citrate during collecting peripheral blood stem cell.
