摘  要:大麻织物具有良好的吸湿透气性,优良的抗菌和抗紫外线功能,是绿色健康纺织品,但还存在弹性差、手感硬挺的缺点,影响穿着的舒适性.本文选用性能较好的有机硅柔软剂SD-G50高浓缩透心硅油对大麻织物进行柔软整理,用正交试验的方法,探讨了柔软整理最佳工艺.结果表明,最佳工艺条件为:pH值6.0,柔软剂用量为织物重量的6%,焙烘温度140℃,焙烘时间4 min.在此工艺条件下整理的大麻织物,硬挺度弯曲长度降低73%,折皱回复角(急、缓)分别提高91%和77%,在柔软性和抗折皱性方面都有明显的改善.The hemp fabric has the good moisture absorption, air permeability, and the fine function of resistanceing bacteria and the anti-ultraviolet radiationray. It is a kind of green healthy textile, but still exist the shortcoming ofalso shows bad elasticity and tough-handed, which affecting its comfortable wearing. There- fore, we select the good performance of the ganosilicon softening agent, which is SD-G50 highly concentrateds silicone oil, was used to carry the soft finishing on the hemp fabric, we get the best technological conditions through the orthogonal experiments. The result indieateds that the best technological conditions arewere, the pH value is 6.0, the ratio of softening agent amount the 6% ofto fabric's weight 6%, the temperature of baking and drying is 140 ℃, time is 4 minutes. Through theAfter finishing, the stiffness curving length of the hemp was reduceds by 73 %, the creasy recovery angle (in the aute one ahnd the slow one) of the hemp fabric separatelywas increased 91% and 77%, separately, and the performance of pliability and haswas clearly improvementimproved.
