摘  要:目的观察大鼠肢体缺血再灌注(LIR)后心肌损伤的发生以及静脉输注7.5%高渗盐水(HS)的心肌保护作用。方法将24只SD大鼠随机分为3组:正常对照组(C组)、模型对照组(M组)、模型+高渗盐水处理组(H组),分别行心肌的超微机构观察;批量检测心肌超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)活性,丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果C组超微结构基本完好,M、H组均出现线粒体损害,H组较M组损害重,M组MDA明显高于其他两组(P<0.05),而SOD活性低于其他两组(P<0.05),H组与C组间比较有差异(P<0.05)。结论大鼠肢体缺血再灌注后发生了心肌损伤,静脉输注高渗盐水有一定的心肌保护作用。Objective To observe myocardium injury following limbs ischemia reperfusion (LIR) and the cardioprotective effects of hypertonic saline (HS) infusion. Methods 24 Spragne - Dawley rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: normal control group( C group), LIR model group (M group), and LIR + HS treatment group (H group). Uhramicrostructure changes of myocardium tissue were observed. Superoxide dismutase (SOD) activities, malondialdehyde (MDA) contents were respectively measured. Results The ultramicrostructure in C group was normal. But it revealed different degree pathologic lesions in both M and H group, while the severity of myocardium damage was lessened in H group. Myocardium MDA content increased significantly in M group than those in C and H groups, meanwhile SOD activities decreased. And the changes of SOD activities between H group and C groups were significant, too. Conclusion Intravenous infusion of HS has some cardioprotective effects in myocardium injury occurred in rats after LIR.
