胆囊结石与胰岛素抵抗间关系的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨胰岛素抵抗相关因素与胆囊结石的关系。方法选择38例胆囊结石患者及38例非胆囊结石,测量其体重指数、腰臀比、血压,取血测定空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖、空腹胰岛素、血脂。结果胆石症组较对照组胰岛素水平明显增高,胰岛素敏感性下降;胆石症组糖代谢异常的发生率高于对照组;胰岛素敏感指数、甘油三酯是胆石症的危险因素。结论胰岛素抵抗相关因素可能与胆囊结石发病有关。Objective To study the insulin resistance - related factors in patients with cholelithiasis. Methods The BMI, WHR, blood pressure, fast glucose, two hours after glucose, fast insulin and blood lipid were measured in gallstone group （n = 38） and control group （n = 38）. Results In gallstone group, fast insulin was higher and ISI was lower than those in control group; the incidence of glucose metabolism disorder in gallstone group was higher than those in control group. The insulin sensitive index and serum triglyceride concentration were found as significant risk factors for gallstone. Conclusion The insulin resistance - related factors are risk factors for developing gallstone.
