关节镜下LARS重建交叉韧带的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的应用LARS人工韧带重建交叉韧带,观察其近期临床效果。方法应用LARS人工韧带对19例交叉韧带损伤患者在关节镜下重建,术后积极康复训练。结果本组患者术后随访18例,随访6-12月,平均7.8月。Lysholm评分由术前(42.7±7.9)分增至术后(95.4±8.7)分。所有随访病例前抽屉试验、轴移试验及Lachm an试验均阴性。1例术后1个月出现膝关节活动时关节弹响,1例术后6个月膝关节活动仍受限。所有病例未见滑膜炎、韧带断裂等并发症。结论关节镜下应用LARS人工韧带重建交叉韧带,操作简便,无异体及自体移植物的相关并发症,膝关节功能恢复迅速,近期疗效满意。Objective To observe the short -term clinic outcome of arthroscopic cruciate ligament reconstruction by using the Ligament Advancement Reinforcement System （LARS） artificial ligaments. Methods From November 2005 to December 2006, 19 patients with cruciate ligament rupture underwent reconstruction using LARS artificial ligaments and followed by accelerated rehabilitation program. Results 18 of 19 patients were followed - up from 6 - 12 months （ average 7.8 months）. The Lysholm score was improved from 42.7 ± 7.9 preoperatively to 95.4 ±8.7 postoperatively. The 18 patients＇ anterior drawer test, pivot shift test and Lachman test were negative. There was knee joint＇s clicking in one case when training in 1 month postoperatively, and limitation of motion in 6 months. No postoperative complications such as synovitis and ligament rupture occurred. Conclusion Arthroscopic ACL reconstruction using LARS artificial ligaments is a convenient operation and no complication correlated to allograft and autograft. The short - term clinic outcome is satisfied with patient＇s joint function rehabilitated early.
