摘　　要：根据实际需求,针对网络视频监控系统数据量大,实时性要求高等特点,提出了基于MPEG-4格式的远程视频监控系统的体系结构和逻辑模型,并在VC6.0环境下运用DirectShow框架和组播技术实现了一个基于PC的远程视频监控系统。该解决方案是基于软件编码方式的,具有良好的可重用性和可扩展性。Systematic structure and a logical model of a mpeg -4 video surveillance system were presented due to a large quantity of data and many highly real - time requirements in a remote video surveillance system. VC6.0 was used to realize a monitoring system for a PC by DirectShow framework and muhicast technique. The method, based on software coding, is reusable and expandable.
