摘 要:红外成像在军事、工业及日常生活中都有广泛的应用,而二维离散余弦变换(DCT)是数字信号图像处理中被运用得最广泛的算法。提出了一种以FPGA为硬件载体的二维离散余弦变换对红外图像预处理的硬件设计方法。该设计方法重点在于根据FPGA灵活的特性及红外图像的特点,选择一种比较适合的混合DCT变换方法,通过降低周期内乘法器的使用量提高速率,实现以速率至上的变换系统,并且通过控制信号完成DCT或者IDCT的选择,以满足不同需求的变换。Infrared imaging is widely applied in the military, industry and everyday life. Two dimension discrete cosine transformations/transformation (DCT) is the algorithm which is used extensively in the processing of digital signals and images. A method of hardware design using two dimension discrete cosines to preprocess infrared images based on FPGA was put forward. The focus of the designing method is to choose an adaptive mixture transformation of DCT according to flexible characteristic of the FPGA infrared image to improve the speed system by decreasing the quantity of using multiplier in a cycle so as to realize the speed - first transformation system. The control signal can make choices between DCT and IDCT, which satisfies different requirements of exchange.
