摘　　要：分析了我国高校体育场馆作为准公共品的属性及普通高校体育场馆的现状,并提出了对策,目的在于进一步深化高校体育改革,为高校体育场馆的科学管理提供理论依据。This paper analyses the nature of the sports gyms and stadiums of the institutes and universities as the semi-common property and the current situation of the sports gyms and stadiums. It also proposes countermeasures.
