摘　　要：随着高等级公路和场站设施建设规模的不断扩大,公路快速货运已成为黑龙江省实现货物快速、安全、准确和"门到门"运输服务的最佳运输组织方式。文中从系统工程的角度出发,在分析公路快速货运系统结构框架的基础上,分析我省公路快速货运系统的基础条件并提出相关发展对策,从而为我省在区域内发展公路快速货运系统起到一定的指导和借鉴作用。With the sustainable development of high level road and stations and parking lots in Heilongjiang Province, the system of express freight transportation has became the optimal transportation organizing mode realizing rapid, safety, right and ＂door-to-door＂ service. Beginning with the base theory of system engineering, the paper analyses foundation conditions and makes some countermeasures to develop the system of highway express freight transportation in Heilongjiang Province based on analyzing the structures of highway express freight transportation system. The great realistic significance of the research consists in applying the system of highway express freight transportation in region of Heilongjiang Province.
