摘  要:以苯甲羟肟酸与辅助捕收剂WT为组合浮选药剂,采用浮选、YTF-C微细摇床精选和脱硫的工艺回收微细粒钨矿.工业试验结果表明,当浮选给矿品位(WO3)0.199%,-30μm粒级(WO3)的质量分数达90%以上时,获得品位(WO3)47.30%、回收率52.34%的钨精矿.该技术对回收微细粒钨矿有一定的借鉴作用.This paper introduces a new flowsheet to recovery fine wolframite. It includes three stages: First, the fine wolframite was flotated using benzyl hydroxmic acid and WT as collectors. In this stage, when the flotation feed grade was 0.199% WO3 with wt. 90% content of fine particle (size. -30μm), the WO3 grade of the industrial test flotation rough concentrate reached 3. 930/40 with a recovery of 78.75%. Secondly, the flotation rough concentrate was further treated by using an YTF-C type shaking table. Finally, the shaking table concentrate was treated by using sulphide flotation. The WO3 grade of final concentrate of 47.30% with a recovery of 52. 34% (vs. the flotation feed) was obtained. This new flowsheet essentially solved the difficult recovery problem of fine wolframite.
