二尖瓣球囊扩张术治疗36例二尖瓣狭窄疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:研究风湿性心脏病二尖瓣狭窄患者行经皮球囊扩张术(PBMV)的疗效。方法:对我院开展PBMV的36例患者的资料进行回顾性分析。结果:36例PBMV均获得成功,血流动力学及心功能明显改善;平均左房压由术前的(23±3.7mmHg,降至(12±3.8)mmHg,P<0.01;平均二尖瓣口面积由术前的(0.94±0.37)cm2增至(1.98±0.31)cm2,P<0.001;无严重并发症。结论:PBMV术成功率高,近期疗效好,严重并发症少。Objective： To analysis the effect of percutaneous ballon mitral valvuloplasty （PBMV） in 36 patients with mitral stenosis. Methods; The data of 36 patients with mitral stenosis treated with PBMV were retrospectively analyzed. Results： The achievement ratio of PBMV in 36 patients with mitral stenosis was 100%. After PBMV the mitral areas increased [from （0.94±0.37） mm^2 to （1.98±0. 31） mm^2] （P〈0.05） ; The left atrial pressure decreased [from （23 ±3.7） mmHg to （12 ± 3.8） mmHg], P〈0. 01. No severe side effect occurred. Conclusion; The achievement ratio of PBMV is higher; it is safety and therapeutic result is good in the near future.
