摘 要:目的通过对国家级血吸虫病疫情监测点数据分析,了解湖南省血吸虫病疫情动态,为制订防治对策提供科学依据。方法2006年在湖南省16个国家级监测点进行基线资料收集,螺情调查,人群采用血检过筛后阳性者用Kato-Katz法检查的方法进行病情调查,家畜采取孵化法进行病情调查。结果监测点居民血吸虫感染率为3.19%,男性4.53%,女性1.79%。不同年龄组感染率以40~49岁组较高,为4.47%。职业以渔船民感染率最高,为4.76%。结论监测点居民及家畜血吸虫病感染率整体上维持在较低水平。Objective To understand the endemic situation of schsitosomiasis in Hunan province in 2006, and formulate scientific control measures by analyzing on the data of national surveillance sites. Methods The baseline data were collected, snail distribution was surveyed, the residents were screened with the method of IHA and the serro-positive were examined with the method of Kato-Katz, the domestic animals were checked with hatching method in the 16 national surveillance sites. Results The average infection rate of the residents was 3.19%, the male was 4.53% and the female was 1.79%. The residents from 40 to 49 years old with the highest infection rate of 4.47% among different age group. The fisheres and boatmen with the highest infection rate of 4.76% in all occupations. Conclusion In general, the results in the surveillance sites showed that the infection rate of schistosomiasis in residents and livestock maintained the lower level in Hunan province.
