摘  要:目的探讨血清1,5-脱水山梨醇(1,5-AG)在糖尿病诊断和监测中的应用价值。方法收集85例糖尿病患者(糖尿病组)、42例非糖尿病患者(非糖尿病组)和46名正常健康体检者(正常对照组)血清,PROD酶法分析血清1,5-AG浓度,同时进行空腹血糖(FPG)、果糖胺(FMN)和糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)等指标的检测。结果糖尿病组1,5-AG浓度(66.7±50.4mol/L)显著低于正常对照组(167.5±42.2mol/L)(<0.01)和非糖尿病组(159.5±48.3mol/L)(<0.01),而非糖尿病组和正常对照组之间差异无统计学意义(>0.05)。糖尿病组血清1,5-AG与FPG、FMN和HbA1c均呈显著负相关(<0.01)。采用80mol/L为诊断临界值时,血清l,5-AG在糖尿病诊断中灵敏度和特异度分别为87.06%和89.77%。结论血清l,5-AG可作为一种新的糖代谢检测指标,结合FPG、FMN、HbA1c等指标更有利于糖尿病的监测。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of serum 1,5-anhydrodglucitol in mnitoring diabetes mellitus. Methods Serum of 85 diabetic mellitus patients, 42 non-diabetic control patients and 46 healthy control volunteers were collected. Serum 1,5-anhydrodglucitol was detected by enzemy of ROPD, at the same time, the levels of FPG, FMN and HbAlC were detected. Results Serum level of 1,5-AG was obviously lower in diabetic mellitus than that in the non-diabetic control and healthy control volunteer (P〈0.01)and serum level of 1,5-AG in diabetic mellitus was negatively correlated with the level ofFPG, FMN and HbAlC. Conclusion 1,5-AG is a new clinical marker for the glycemic control in diabetic mellitus. In combination with other markers, such as FPG, FMN and HbAlC., serum level of 1,5-AG is very helpful in monitoring diabetes mellitus.
