摘　　要：随着Internet的发展和后PC时代的到来,嵌入式系统成为当前IT产业的焦点之一,而嵌入式设备与外围设备通信的方式方法已渐渐成为人们关注的焦点。本论文介绍了嵌入式ARM处理器与PC机之间的串行通信。以三星公司的S3C4510B处理器为核心,详细的介绍了uClinux下网络通信Socket程序的设计。最后把它应用到变电站系统中,在实际使用中得到证实。Along with the development of Internet and the coming of the post-PC times, the embedded system is becoming one of the focuses of the current industry of IT. And the method of the embedded equipments and the peripherals communication has been the people＇s concern. This paper is mainly introducing the serial communication of embedded processor of ARM and PC machine. It takes the processor of S3C4510B of Samsung as the core, and minutely introduces the design method of network communication program. At last it is applied in the transform substation systems.
