摘 要:应用高能球磨法制备了纳米钛改性聚合物,并将其分散到树脂中制成高效防腐涂料。利用XRD,XRF,TEM,SEM和XPS等对纳米钛改性聚合物进行了表征,初步探讨了钛粉与聚合物的作用机制。实验表明:在球料比为3:1时制备的黑色浆状样品中,钛粉被聚合物吸附和包覆,其粒度为50~80nm,分布均匀。将添加了纳米钛改性聚合物的防腐涂料固化,分别置于30%H2SO4,10%NaOH溶液和3.5%NaCl盐雾中经过4320、6000、2000h测试后,漆膜无变化。说明添加的纳米钛改性聚合物能够极大地提高涂料的防腐性能。Modified polymer by nano-Ti was prepared by high energy ball milling and was dispersed in resins to prepare anti-corrosion coatings. XRD, XRF, TEM, SEM and XPS were used to analyses the samples. The experimental results show that the Ti powder in the black muddy samples were dispersed uniformly and whose diameters were from 50 nm to 80 nm, when the ratio of balls to materials weights was 3:1. The Ti powders were packed by polymer. No change of the coating film took place, after being immerged into 30% H2SO4 solution, 10% NaOH solution and 3.5% NaCl solution for 4320, 6000, 2000 h, it means that the nano-Ti modified polymer greatly improved the corrosion resistance of the coatings.
