摘　　要：通过对既有工业建筑改造利用现状的回顾和总结,并结合国内外工业建筑改造利用的成就,提出适合既有工业建筑特别是上海世博园区工业建筑改造利用的策略:功能提升、结构改善、文化保护、持续利用,保证城市和建筑业的可持续发展。Slate-of-the-all of renovation and reuse of existing industrial buildings in China and overseas is studied. For sustainable development of our city and society, the strategy of renovation and reuse of existing industrial buildings, especially those in Expo＇2010 Park is put forward as： upgrade of performance, betterment of structure, preservation of culture and sustainable usage. By which sustainable development of the city and building industry can be ensured.
