摘　　要：人本管理教育理论是由"管理者——学生"组成的一个相互支撑的人的结构系统,它的起点和归宿始终是"人为"和"为人"。学校实施人本管理,必须树立服务意识,着眼学生、提倡个性化教育思想,确立依法治校的理念。Theory in management education by the people ＂ managers——student ＂ compose a mutual support structure of the system, which is the starting point and end-resuh of ＂man＂ and ＂human＂. The implementation of the school management foster a sense of service, focus on students, and promote personalized education, established the concept of governing the school.
