摘　　要：随着城市建设步伐的加快,越来越多的部门将GIS引入房产管理中。房产地理信息分类编码是房产GIS建设中最基本的问题。目前,房产专题信息的分类编码标准暂时还没有统一制定,因而各地在建设自己的房产管理信息系统时,往往根据地方的传统管理模式建立房屋的编码体系。在这篇论文中,将深入讨论上述问题,并提出一种新的编码体系。With the rapid development of city construction, GIS is introduced to real estate management by more departments. Classification and coding for the real estate information is the basic work in house property GIS. However, at present, the criterion of classification and coding for the real estate information is not uniform, and as a result, when the local real estate management systems are built, the relative classification and coding for building are set up based on their traditional management patterns. In Ibis paper, this problem will be discussed and a new criterion will be presented.
