摘 要:制备了(1-x)BaTiP_3-xCaTiO_3(x=0.0~1.0)陶瓷(BCT系)和La掺杂(1-x)BaTiO_3-xCaTiO_3(x= 0.2~0.3)陶瓷(BCTLa系)。研究了BCT系和BCTLa系陶瓷的微观形貌、结构和介电性能,验证了BCT系陶瓷在Ca组分x=0.24~0.90之间的复相结构。研究发现,BCTLa系陶瓷的性质与预期相差甚远,介电常数增长10倍以上,损耗急剧增大,电阻率锐减,较纯BaTiO_3下降5~6个数量级,绝缘性能变差,实现了半导化,并分析了半导化原因。The (1-x)BaTiO3-xCaTiO3 (x=0. 0-1.0)multiphase ceramics (BCT) and La-doped (1-x)Ba-TiO3-xCaTiO3 (x= 0. 2-0. 3)ceramics (BCTLa) are prepared. The surface morphology, structure and dielectric properties of the ceramics are characterized. It is found that the structure of BCT ceramics is multiphase for Ca fraction from x=0. 24~0. 90. The dielectric properties of BCTLa ceramics are different from the anticipation. The dielectric constant increases by more than 10 times,the dielectric loss increases sharply, and the resistivity decreases by about 5 to 6 orders, compared to those of pure BaTiO3 ceramics. Therefore, BCTLa system ceramics exhibit semi-conduction. And the factors of the semi-conductive properties are analyzed.
