加速望城县新型工业化发展的研究

摘　　要：一个国家或地区的工业化水平代表了这个地区的经济发展水平。传统的工业化是以浪费资源、牺牲环境为基本特征的,结果引发了生态破坏、环境污染、资源枯竭等一系列严重问题。采用区域经济学、产业经济学、经济学理论等方法,首先提出了相关概念和基础理论;利用钱纳里等人的研究成果来判断望城县目前的工业化阶段;根据望城县新型工业化发展的条件,重点发展食品医药、能源工业、印刷包装、精细化工和有色金属产业集群五大产业集群;最后提出加速望城县新型工业化发展的对策和建议。A national or the local industrialization level has represented this local economy level of development. The traditional industrialization is take wastes the resources, the sacrifice environment as the basic characteristic, finally initiated the ecology to destroy, the environmental pollution, the resources depletion and so on a series of serious questions. His this article has used methods and so on regional economics, industrial economics, economic theory, first put forward the correlation concept and the basic theory; In use Channer et al. the research results judge Wangcheng County at present the industrialization stage; According to Wangcheng County new industrialization development condition, prioritize food medicine, energy industry, printing packing, fine chemical and nonferrous metal industry colony five big industry colonies; Finally proposed accelerates the Wangcheng County new industrialization development countermeasure and the suggestion.
