摘 要:丁腈橡胶使用性能良好,价格低廉,在密封领域占有重要地位,但它的抗老化性能较差,使用寿命较短。用XeF_2对丁腈橡胶进行了表面氟化,并采用质量变化率考察了橡胶抗老化性能的改善。结果表明,表面氟化不会对丁腈橡胶基体产生破坏性影响,但对橡胶的抗老化性能有明显改善,老化过程的质量损失率降低超过50%,抗老化能力提高了1倍以上。最后分析推测了表面氟化改善丁腈橡胶抗老化性能的机制。Because of its low price and good performance in service, butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber( NBR) plays an important role in the field of rubber sealing, but its application field is greatly limited by the poor aging resistance and short service life. In this paper, NBR is modified by surface fluorination with XeF2, and the aging resistance of the modified rubber is examined with mass loss during aging. It is showed that no ruinous effects on the rubber are observed after the surface fluorination, but the aging resistance of the fluorinated sample is improved by more than double compared with the untreated sample. The mechanisms of the enhanced aging resistance of NBR by surface fluorination are also discussed.
