摘 要:在金属氢化物热力学和动力学参数测试系统上分别对表面覆盖Pd膜的钛膜和表面有阳极氧化层的钛膜进行了吸附和解吸氚特性的研究,吸附氘气的研究包括恒温吸氘和变温吸氘。其研究结果表明:初始吸附氘气的速率随氧化层厚度的增加而变慢,吸附氘气达到平衡的时间越长;在相同的升温速率和相同的初始氘气压力下,明显吸附氘气的温度随氧化层厚度的增加而升高;阳极氧化层降低了热解吸反应的速率,提高了热解吸主峰位对应的温度;氧化层越厚的试样,其热解吸主峰位所对应的温度越高;钛膜和氘化钛膜表面阳极氧化层具有一定的阻氘性能,且阳极氧化层越厚,其阻氘性能越强。The characteristics of the deuterium absorption and desorption of the titanium films covered with the Pd films and the anodic oxide layers are investigated on the measure system of the parameters of the thermodynamics and kinetics of metal hydrides. The deuterium absorption includs the two absorption types of the constant and the various temperatures, respectively. The experimental results show that the thicker the oxide layers are, the slower the initial ratio of the deuterium absorption is, and the longer the equilibrium time of the deuterium absorption is in the constant-temperature-deuterium-absorption. The obvious temperatures of the deuterium absorption elevate with the increase of the thickness of the oxide layers in the same ratio of temperature-elevating and initial pressures of deuterium in the various-temperature-deuterium-absorption. The anodic oxide layers reduce the ratio of the reaction of thermo-desorption, and elevate the corresponding temperatures of the main peak in the thermo-desorption deuterium. The thicker the oxide layers are, the higher the corresponding temperature of the main peak is. These results indicate that the anodic oxide layer on the surface of the titanium film possesses the property of blocking the diffusion of deuterium, and that the thicker the anodic oxide layers are, the stronger the property of blocking the diffusion of deuterium is.
