摘　　要：[目的]评价护士长同事支持对护士职业压力的影响。[方法]采用类试验研究设计,分别于2006年3月和2007年3月随机抽取浙江大学医学院附属邵逸夫医院护士为研究对象,采用量性和质性研究相结合的方法发放调查问卷和组织半结构式访谈。[结果]干预后,护士管理氛围方面的压力显著降低;护士感知护士长客观支持、意识、目标、行动和过程管理5个方面的支持水平以及总体支持水平提高;访谈对象对护士长同事支持做出了积极评价。[结论]护士长同事支持能够在一定程度上缓解护士的职业压力。Objective： To evaluate the influence of head nurses＇ peer support on job stress of nurses. Methods： By adopting quasi - experiment design, nurses were randomly selected from Shaoyifu Hospital of Zhejiang university from March 2006 to March 2007. All nurses were investigated by either filling out questionnaire of combination of quality and quantity study or interviewed in semi- structural mode. Results： After intervention, the job stress of nurses from management atmosphere decreased remarkably. And nurses＇ sensation of head nurses＇ supports from five aspects of objective, consciousness, goal, action and process management and total support levels have been enhanced. All interviewees had positive evaluation on head nurses＇ supports. Conclusion： To certain extent, head nurses＇ peer support can relief the job stress for nurses.
