摘 要:研究了晶粒具有空心结构的钛硅分子筛(HTS)催化丙烯环氧化反应的催化性能,考察了成型粘结剂、反应温度对HTS催化丙烯环氧化反应的影响。结果表明,SiO2作为粘合剂挤条成型催化剂对环氧丙烷的选择性显著优于Al2O3,环氧丙烷选择性和H2O2有效利用率均随反应温度的升高而降低。在固定床反应装置上的正交实验结果表明,在实验温度为40℃、压力恒定为0.5MPa、丙烯与H2O2的摩尔比为4∶1、甲醇与H2O2的摩尔比为40∶1、液相空速为12.5h-1的优化工艺条件下,H2O2的有效利用率可达88.07%。The catalytic activity of propylene epoxidation over crystal structure(HTS)was studied. The effects of various binders an propylene epoxidation catalyzed by HTS were investigated. The resu titanium silicalite with hollow d reaction temperature on the Its indicated that the catalystprepared using SiO2 as binder exhibited better propylene oxide(PO)selectivity as compared with the catalyst prepared by Al2O3 binder. The PO selectivity and the effective utilization of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) both decreased with the increase of reaction temperature. Using fixed-bed reactor, under the optimum reaction conditions of a reaction temperature of 40 ℃, a reaction pressure of 0.5 MPa, a molar ratio of propylene to H2O2 of 4, a molar ratio of methanol to H2O2 of 40,a WHSV of 12. 5 h^-1, the effective utilization rate of H2O2 reached 88.07%.
