摘　　要：如何搞好产业资本运营,实现"煤与非煤并重,发展非煤产业"的产业运营政策,将是今后煤炭企业的主要出路。从煤炭企业整体来看,以煤炭生产为基础,发展非煤产业,综合开发一系列与煤炭相关的下游产品,大力开发非煤高、新技术产业,并使其达到最佳经济效益的生产规模,是提高煤炭企业经济效益,彻底扭转煤炭企业贫穷落后局面的根本出路。Equally developing coal and non coal industry to promote the capital operation of the coal industry will be the first choice for the coal enterprises＇ development. Basing on the coal industry the coal enterprise should greatly develop non coal industry to reach the optimal scope and to increase the revenue.
