摘 要:主要研究了铜钴铁合金掺CaCO3焙烧对合金中钴浸出率的影响。合金分别添加5%、10%、15%、20%的CaCO3在900℃、1 000℃1、100℃、1 200℃、1 300℃下煅烧保温10 h,底层金属富集区与上层渣分离后破碎筛分,溶于H2SO4中。结果表明合金粉在900℃、1 000℃、1 100℃下煅烧时,钴浸出率随CaCO3添加量增加而提高;合金粉添加10%CaCO3在1 300℃下煅烧后浸出,钴浸出率达到峰值,约为95%,其后钴浸出率随CaCO3添加量增加而下降。Effect of roasting by adding CaCO3 during leaching Cu-Co-Fe alloy powder was investigated. Alloy powder, which added CaCO3 individually at the amount of 5 % to 20 %, was calcined at 900~ 1 300℃ for 10 h. Metal phase was separated from slag, broken, and then dissolved in sulfuric acid. Results show that cobalt leaching rates increased when more CaCO3 was added at 900℃, 1 000℃, 1 100℃ ; cobalt leaching rates reached peak value about 95% when alloy powder was roasted at 1 300℃by adding 10% CaCO3, losses of cobalt during roasting were rapid increased when CaCO3 was more than 10%, leading to lower leaching rate of cobalt.
