摘　　要：采用硅胶柱层析和制备高效液相色谱等对紫丁香(Syringa oblata Lindl.)树皮的乙酸乙酯提取物进行分离,共分出6个化合物,通过波谱分析确定其结构为(+)-lariciresinol(1)、β-谷甾醇葡萄糖苷(2)、3,4-二羟基苯乙醇(3)、对羟基苯乙醇葡萄糖苷(4)、3,4-二羟基苯乙醇葡萄糖苷(5)和(8E)-n櫣zhenide(6)。其中化合物1、2、4、5、6首次从该植物中分离得到。Six compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate extracts of the barks of S. oblata Lindl. by silica gel column chromatography and HPLC. They were identified as （ ＋ ）-lariciresinol （1） ,β-daucoster （2） ,3,4-dihydroxylpheny- lethanol （3） ,p-hydroxylphenylethanol glucoside （4） ,3,4-dihydroxylphenylethanol gluco-side （5） and （BE）-ntizhenide （6）. Compounds 1,2,4,5 and 6 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
