摘 要:利用溶胶-凝胶法分别在载玻片与浮法玻璃上制备了Ag-SiO2复合薄膜,分析了样品光吸收、拉曼散射以及室温光致发光现象,并对其发光机理进行初步探讨。结果表明,复合薄膜的光学性质与衬底材料有很大关系,主要体现在浮法玻璃下表面富锡层的存在,在一定程度上相当于提供还原气氛,对银的化学状态与分布有很大影响。The Ag-SiO2 composite thin films were prepared on glass slide and float glass by sol-gel process. Properties of optical absorption, Raman scattering and photoluminescence were analyzed, and the luminescence mechanism has been proposed. The results suggested that the optical properties of the films had a large conncction with the substratcs. The main reason was that the existence of stannum at the undersurface of the float glass had a deoxidize effect on silver, and that had greatly influenced the chemistry valent and distribution of silver particle.
