摘 要:为提高清水池的消毒效率并减少消毒副产物生成量,研究了清水池有效水力停留时间t10的影响因素。采用示踪试验进行中试模型研究,长度相似比例为1¨60;采用计算流体力学(CFD)模拟示踪试验,研究了进水流速、拐角数及拐角宽度的影响。试验结果验证了清水池的总长宽比是影响t10的主要因素。CFD模拟结果表明:总长宽比相同时,拐角数越少t10越大;拐角宽度存在最优值范围;而一定范围内流速的变化对t10的影响不明显。The factors which influence the effective hydraulic retention time (t10) of a clearwell were studied to enhance disinfection efficiency and reduce the formation of disinfection by-products. Tracing experiments were conducted in a 1:60 pilot scale model. The flows were also simulated numerically to study the influence of inlet velocity, the corner number, and the corner width. The experiment results verify that the total ratio between the clearwell length and clearwell width is the key factor influencing the effective retention time. The simulations show that the effective retention time decreases with less corners with an optimal range for the corner widths while the inlet velocity had little effect on the effective retention time.
