摘 要:在常压热分析仪上,运用等温法进行福建无烟粉煤和纸浆黑液水蒸气催化气化动力学研究实验,考察了温度和催化剂加载浓度的变化对碳转化率和气化反应速率的影响,并对催化气化动力学参数进行计算.实验结果表明:气化温度的升高和催化剂浓度的增大能显著提高炭转化率和气化速度.在本实验条件下,催化剂的饱和加载浓度为8%.A series of catalytic gasification tests of Fujian anthracite and black liquor with steam were performed in a thermo - gravimetric analyzer with isothermal thermo - gravimetric method in the condi- tions of different temperatures and catalyst concentrations. The effects of temperatures and catalyst concentrations on the carbon conversions and gasification rates were investigated, and the kinetic pa- rameters were calculated. The results showed that carbon conversions and gasification rates increased with the increasing of gasification temperatures and catalyst concentrations. The catalyst loading saturation was found to be 8% by weight.
