黏膜分段结扎悬吊皮桥切缝术治疗环状混合痔

摘　　要：为观察黏膜分段结扎柱状悬吊皮桥弧形切缝术治疗环状混合痔的临床疗效，采用该术式治疗环状混合痔76例（试验组），与常规的Milligan—Morgan术治疗环状混合痔72例（对照组）进行对照观察。结果显示，试验组治愈率与术后并发症，与对照组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结果表明，黏膜分段结扎柱状悬吊皮桥弧形切缝术治疗环状混合痔疗效满意，术后并发症少。The objective of this study was to observe the clinical results of segmental mueosa ligation,pillar -shaped suspension and arc-shaped incision suture of the skin bridge （SMLPSAIS） in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids（CMH）. Seventy two patients with CMH underwent SMLPSAIS procedure （the trial group）, and 72 patients underwent Milligan-Morgan operation（the control group）. Results showed that the cure rate and postoperative complications between the two groups had notable statistically differences（ P 〈0.01）. It is concluded that SMLPSAIS procedure can ensure a more satisfactory therapeutic effect and less postoperative complications in the treatment of CMH.
