混合痔术后硬膜外腔自控镇痛的临床研究

摘　　要：为观察混合痔术后硬膜外腔自控镇痛的疗效和不良反应，将需手术的混合痔患者54例分为硬膜外腔自控镇痛组（A组）、局部镇痛组（B组）和安慰剂对照组（C组），比较3组间术后疼痛程度、水肿、尿潴留等情况，同时观察A组的生命体征、运动阻滞。结果显示，A组疼痛、尿潴留等方面与其他两组比较差异具有统计学意义，未出现明显的不良反应。结果表明，硬膜外腔自控镇痛在混合痔术后镇痛中是安全有效的。The objective of this study was to observe the analgesic results and complications of the extradural automatic pump-controlled analgesia applied after operations of mixed hemorrhoid. Fifty four patients were divided into 3 groups.the extradural automatic pump-controlled analgesia group（group A）, the local analgesia group（group B） and placebo analgesia group（group C）. Postoperative pain,edema and urine retention,etc of the 3 groups were observed and compared,and the vital signs and motor block in group A were also observed. Results showed that there were statistical difference in pain and urine retention between group A and the rest groups,no adverse reaction was noticed. It is concluded that extradural automatic pump-controlled analgesia applied after operations of mixed hemorrhoids is safe and effective.
