摘　　要：设计并实现了一种基于H.264分级视频编码技术的视频交互系统,充分利用网络带宽,实现了网络带宽和视频质量之间的最优化,可满足不同网络用户的需求。A video interactive system based on the technology of SVC is designed and implemented. The system takes full advantages of network bandwidth, realizes the optimization between the network bandwidth and video quality, and satisfies the requirements of users from different networks.
