摘　　要：利用现代化通信手段实时收集大容量数据,并结合地理信息系统,开发出一个完整的短时预警报服务平台,从系统需求、设计、实现三个方面进行了详细描述,着重介绍了通信系统设计、地理信息图层的实现,数据库设计。该系统设计在解决同类问题中具有普遍适用性,在实际应用中发挥了较大作用,取得了很好的效果。Used modernization communication method real obtain data, and with GIS, this paper developed a integrity nowcasting warning server platform, the system requirement designed implement three aspect make particular, gave emphasis to introduce the design communication system and data system, implementation of GIS layer. The design of this system has extensive applicability for the similar environment and requirements. The system is running well in practice.
