摘  要:对稀土矿进行了主要矿物含钪量及物性参数测定,稀土矿中金属矿物在磁性上有明显的差异,根据稀土矿性质,利用弱磁选工艺将磁铁矿、钛磁铁矿分选成优质铁精矿,利用高梯度磁选分选出含钪高的钛铁矿、榍石矿物。采用磁选方法粗选钪精矿工艺条件为:弱磁场磁选时磁场强度为64~96kA/m、给矿浓度为25%,上升漂洗水量的大小为2500ml/min;高梯度磁选时聚磁介质为1号与3号钢板网配合、激磁电流为400~450A、漂洗水量大小为5000~6000ml/min。Sc content and natural parameter on main mineral of the rare-earth ore were determined, the metallic minerals in the rare-earth ores had the obvious difference in the magnetism, according to the rare-earth ores nature, the magnetite and the titanomagnetite were separated by craft of the low-intersity magnetic separation and were changed into the high grade concentrate, ilmenite and titanite mineral with the high scandium were separated by the high gradient magnetic separation. Craft condition of separating rough scandium concentrate by the magnetic separation is that the magnetic field strength is 64-96kA/m by low -intensity magnetic separation field, density of feeding is 25% and the quantitative of the rising rinse water is 2500ml/min; magnetic matrices ia 1# and 3# steel plate lattice-work coordination by high gradient magnetic separation, the exciting current is 400 - 450A and the quantitative of the rising rinse water is 5000-6000ml/min.
