摘 要:摇瓶单因素条件试验与正交试验结果表明,在pH7.2、矿浆浓度20%、温度30℃和细菌接种量15%的条件下,JXF菌种脱硅效果最好。细菌浸矿过程中,应尽量接种芽孢生成率较低时的细菌,试验表明细菌在培养的前4天,芽孢产生率低,活性高。单独摇瓶浸矿试验采用了四种不同的浸出方式,其中利用预先在含被浸矿样和蔗糖的培养基中培养的菌种,然后在有糖的培养基质中对矿样进行浸出,硅的浸出率最高,从各种矿样中浸出硅的范围为25.7% ̄65.3%,比其它浸出方式高10%以上。而连续浸出工艺表明,JXF菌株的脱硅率在34.8% ̄86.3%,且浸矿时间由7d缩短到5d。Single factor and orthogonal experiments showed that the strain JXF had the most potential of silicon leaching-out under pH7.2,temperature 30℃ ,inoculating bacterium 15%. Bacteria cultured in 4d should be inoculated,which have much more active and have much lower bacillus forming rate than those cultured after 4d. Sole shake flask tests showed that the strain JXF produced in culture medium bearing cane sugar had much more efficacy of silicon release than other leaching-out ways,the ratio of silicon leached out from tb tested 5 types of minerals was 25.7%-65.3% ,much higher 10% than others. Continuous leaching process experiments showed that the ratio of silicon liberated from tested minerals had 34.8%-86.3%,obviously higher than those of the sole shake flask leaching results by the strain JXF and the leaching period was 5d,not 7d.
