区域投资效应基本理论与评价模型研究

摘　　要：界定了投资效应、区域投资效应的概念,分析了投资效应的内涵、分类和影响因素,建立了投资效应研究的基本理论框架,构建了一个新的区域投资效应评价模型,提出投资效应评价指标体系和评价方法。评价指标体系包括"经济增长"、"社会发展"、"环境友好"三个一级指标和24个二级指标。This article defines the concepts of investment effect and regional investment effect, deciphers the connotation, classification and influencing factors of investment effect, and establishes the basic theory framework of investment effect research. Then,it establishes a new regional investment effect evaluation model, and proposes investment effect evaluation index system and evaluation methods. There are 3 primary level indexes, that is, economic growth index, social development index and environment- friendly index,and 24 secondary level indexes in the evaluation index system.
