摘  要:目的探讨糖尿病患者检测血小板微粒(PMPs)等的临床意义。方法选择96例不同病程的2型糖尿病患者为糖尿病组并按不同病程分为6个月、1a、2a、3a、3a以上组;30例健康者为对照组,检测PMPs等10项指标。结果病程6个月组和1a组PMPs水平与对照组比较,差别无统计学意义,而2a、3a和3a以上组PMPs分别为(2.67±0.90)×105/ml、(4.53±1.150)×105/ml、(6.72±1.25)×105/ml,与对照组[(1.23±0.18)×105/ml]比较,差别有统计学意义(P<0.01),糖尿病患病时间越长,PMPs水平升高越明显;PMPs与2型糖尿病患者尿微量白蛋白和尿转铁蛋白呈正相关(r=0.2216,r=0.1628),而与血脂、血糖、血小板等指标无相关性。结论糖尿病病程越长,PMPs水平越高,检测PMPs能更早反映糖尿病患者微血管病变情况。Objective To understand the plasma Platelet Microparticiles (PMPs) level and its clinical significance in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods Venous blood samples were obtained from 96 of T2DM patients and 30 of non-diabetic control subjects. PMPs, CD61P positive on platelets, were quantified by flow cytometry. Meanwhile, plasma levels of PLT, FPG, TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C and LP(a) were detected, as well as the levels of MA and TRF from urine samples. Results PMPs counts were significantly greater in 2 year or up 2 year groups than in controls. PMPs count was associated with levels of urine MA and TRF, but not related with other indexes. Conclusion PMPs may be a marker of microvascular disease in Type 2 diabetes.
