摘  要:用ELISA方法对全国12省部分地区人群共760份血清B19IgG水平进行了调查。283份健康人血清抗体阳性率为30.2%~90.5%,平均45.6%;病人血清445份,其中表现出与B19感染所致疾病相似症状者(332份)B19IgG阳性率为38.8%,水平高于患其它疾病人群(113份血清,阳性率25.7%,u=2.533,0.02>P>0.01);另外调查孕妇32例,阳性率40.6%。Anti B19 IgG level of 786 person′s serum from 12 provinces and cities (or country) has been investigated by America produced B19 IgG ELISA kit.Among these serum,283 samples were collected from health people and the positive rate of them was different from 30.2% to 90.5% in different places and the average of them was 45.6%;455 samples were collected from different patients and 332 of them who showed the similar symptoms to B19 infection has 38.8% positive rate of anti B19 IgG,which is higher than that who suffered from other diseases (113 samples has 25.7% positive rate,u=2.533,0.02>P>0.01);another 32 samples were collected from pregnant women and the positive rate is 40.6%.Through this investigation we realized that the epidemic of parvovirus B19 in human is also widespread in China.Although it is needed to investigate and research further that whether or not the patients who showed the positive of anti B19 IgG should owe it to B19 infection,the existence and the prevallence of B19 virus in China is undoubted according to the report of aetiology study.So we should investigate and research it further in order to prevent and control it.
