摘  要:大鼠经气管注入煤石英尘,观察肺泡巨噬细胞(AM)和支气管肺泡冲洗液(BALF)中脂质过氧化产物和抗氧化物质的动态变化。结果表明,染尘后7天AM中MDA含量增加,SOD活性下降,以后恢复至正常,GSHPx活性和GSH含量染尘后7~30天升高。BALF中MDA含量、SOD活性无变化,GSHPx活性、GSH含量均低于石英组。说明煤石英尘诱发AM脂质过氧化反应发生于染尘初期,且明显弱于石英尘。Dynamic changes of oxidant and anti oxidant materials in rats′ alveolar macrophage (AM) and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF) after instilling intratracheally coal quartz mixed dust were investigated.The results showed that MDA content in AM was increased at the 7th day after exposed to the mixed dust.The SOD activity in AM was reduced at the 7th day and both MDA and SOD were near to the control level at the 30th day.GSH Px activity and GSH content in AM were increased during 7~30 days after exposed to the mixed dust.MDA content and SOD activety in BALF were not changed,but GSH Px activity and GSH content were lower than those in the quartz group.It suggested that coal quartz can induce lipid peroxidation at early stage after instillation,but weaker than quartz.The auther suggest that lipid peroxidation do not play an important role in the developmental process of anthracosilicosis.
