摘  要:探讨两种不同号数经纱弹力织物的生产工艺和技术措施。为保证异经弹力织物的顺利生产,在选择原纱时,经纱的强力、结杂、条干等指标要达到Uster2001 25%~50%水平,弹力纬纱也要求条干好,结杂少,纱疵少,强力达到要求。络筒工序要注意纱线通道光洁,保持筒子成形良好;整经工序要实行“小张力、中速度、匀卷绕”的工艺原则,保证张力均匀一致;浆纱工序要采用双浆槽,且两个浆槽的主压浆辊压力分别进行设置;织造工序应采用“低后梁、大张力、早开口、强打纬”工艺。通过优选织前准备及织造工艺,使织机生产效率达到90%左右,入库一等品率达到98.5%左右。The producting processing and technology measures of stretch fabric with two kinds of warp were discussed. To make sure the production of end-in-end stretch fabric successfully, strength, impurity and evenness of warp should reach Uster 2001 25% -50% , stretch weft also need to be high eveness, little impurity, little yarn defects and enough strength. In winding process, yarn path should be clean and cheese shaping should be good. In warping process, little tension, medium speed, even winding were carried out to ensure uniform tension. In sizing process, double size boxes was adopted and main squeezing pressure was set respectively. In weaving process, low back beam, large tension, early shedding, strong beat-up were adopted. After optimizing preparations and weaving processing, loom efficiency can be reached 90% and first grade percentage put in storage can be reached 98.5%.
