盐酸洛美沙星的HPLC测定及同类药物鉴别

摘　　要：采用Ｃ１８柱，枸橼酸－乙酸铵－乙腈（７７∶１∶１４）为流动相，以反相高效液相色谱法测定盐酸洛美沙星及制剂的含量；可同时识别７个第三代氟喹诺酮类药物。The HPLC determination of lomefloxacin and its tablets,capsules by using conditions:column Shimpack CLC ODS 4.6 mm ID×150 mm,0.05 mol/L citric acid 1 mol/L ammonium acetate acetonitrile (77∶1∶14) as mobile phase;1.5 ml/min;UV 287 nm detector. Good linearity was obtained in the concentration range of 1￣10 μg/ml with standard calibration curve y =26522 x +1869, r =0.9998.Seven fluoroquinolone drugs can be identified in this HPLC condition using gradient elution.
