摘 要:目的:建立高效液相色谱测定注射用硫酸头孢噻利含量的方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法。固定相为十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶(150 mm×6 mm,Shim-Pack CLC-ODS),流动相为乙腈:pH 6.5磷酸盐缓冲液(取0.2 mol/L磷酸二氢钾50 mL与0.2 mol/L氢氧化钠溶液15.20 mL,混合,并加水至200 mL)(12:88),流量为1.0ml/min,检测波长为254nm。结果:硫酸头孢噻利的线性范围为2.084~18.756 lag/mL;相关系数为1.000。注射用硫酸头孢噻利平均含量为99.53%,相对平均偏差为0.39%。结论:该方法简便、准确、专属,可用于注射用硫酸头孢噻利的含量测定。Objective: To establish RP-HPLC method to determine the content of cefoselis sulfate for injecton. Methods: The RP-C8 Column(150 mm× 6 mm, Shim-Pack CLC-ODS)was used as the stationary phase with a mobile phase of acetonitrile : pH 6.5 phosphate buffer (0.2 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate 50 mL and 0.2 mol/L sodium hydroxide solution 15.20 mL water is added to 200 mL)(12:88).The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and the detection wavelength was 254 nm. Results:The linear range was 2.084-18.756 μg/mL; correlation coefficients were 1.000. The average content(n = 6) of cefoselis sulfate was 99.53% and RSD was 0.39%. Conclusion: The mothod is sample, accurate and specific. It can be used for the determination of the cefoselis sulfate for injecton.
