摘  要:在采用磷、铝、铁对HZSM-5分子筛进行改性的基础上,制得催化裂化增产丙烯助剂,并且在固定床微反装置上对此助剂进行了评价。结果表明:进行磷改性后,丙烯产率提高了1.92个百分点;进行磷、铝混合改性后.丙烯产率提高了2.03个百分点;进行磷、铝、铁混合改性后,丙烯产率最大可提高2.75个百分点。试验还表明:进行磷、铝、铁混合改性时,硝酸铁的用量最好在3%左右;所制增产丙烯助剂与主催化剂混合应用时,为获得最大丙烯产率。二者之间的配比也要适当。A co-catalyst for maximizing propylene production in FCC unit has been developed by modifying HZSM-5 molecular sieve with P, A1 and Fe and tested and evaluated on fixed-bed micro-reactor. The results demonstrate that the propylene yield has been increased by 1.92% after modification with P, 2.03% after modification with P and Al and 2.75% ( Max. ) after modification with P, Al and Fe. The tests also shows that, in modification with P, Al and Fe, the iron nitrate should be controlled at about 3%. When the co-catalyst is added with cracking catalyst, the ratio should be properly controlled for maximized propylene yield.
